• Must include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.

What can’t be returned?

• Sale items or gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

• Perishable items, beauty products, or anything opened/used

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
